Well Christmas has been and gone for another year and I was well and truly spoilt. This year there has been a bit of a theme to my gifts with them mainly being football, fitness or gaming related as that has been what 2020 has been full of for me. So here is what I got for Christmas.
First up my auntie and uncle made us two hampers one was a cheese one which didn't make it long enough for pictures and the other was this Hinch hamper full of some fantastic cleaning items and Mrs Hinch's book of lists.
2020 has been the year where I have really enjoyed using face masks and my parents got me this Toy Story one which I think is going to end up looking pretty creepy. Everyone knows I love a good bath bombs so my parents got me a set from the Yorkshire Soap Co and the duck bath bomb while Liam's family got me this amazing set of 28 bath bombs which are actually meant to be mood enhancing ones.
My grandparents got me stocked up on my favourite shampoo as I had recently run out whilst my parents got me a Hair Burst head massager and conditioner, I have the travel size shampoo thanks to my sister so this conditioner is the perfect addition.
In terms of fragrances I got the Paris Blue on from my auntie and uncle which smells gorgeous, it is a men's fragrance however, it isn't too over powering like some fragrances. Liam's family also got me this Ghost one which I am looking forward to trying as I have heard good things about them in the past.
With me being on my fitness journey I asked people if they could please avoid going overboard with the chocolate this year and they found new ways to get me my chocolate fix whilst still trying to stay on track. My auntie and uncle got me my usual chocolate coins, while my parents got me a chocolate orange (is it Christmas without one) and some Guylian chocolates which are my absolute favourites. My parents also got me 3 types of my favourite Skinny bars which are much better for me than what I used to eat and is actually what I eat most of these days. We recently got a Dolce Gusto machine so my sister got us some Starbuck's pods for it while my parents got me my favourite Mars ones.
It isn't Christmas without alcohol these days and this year I have received some that I haven't tried before. My auntie and uncle got me this rum infused beer, my sister got me a Sipsmith gin set, work got me a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka and my grandparents got me and Liam this amazing Peaky Blinder's rum. I can't wait to get drinking all this.
My parents always say me and Liam don't need any mugs but they ended up getting me 2 new ones. One is this little elf one which I am sure is a joke seen as I am the small one in the family. They also got me this Olaf travel mug which I am sure will be getting plenty of use in 2021. My auntie and uncle also got me a few mugs they got me this cute stitch one with a pair of socks with it and this amazing Peaky Blinders one from a local shop which I absolutely love.
There were also some random gifts such as an umbrella from my grandparents, which will definitely be handy as I haven't actually got an umbrella. My auntie and uncle got me this cute Stitch purse which to be honest probably won't be used as a purse as I will probably put my memory cards & USB sticks in it. My nephew got me this really cute L with auntie written it which is now proudly displayed so I can see it all day. My parents also got me this amazing Batman light which actually joins together with the Joker one they got Liam. This year I watched Gremlins for the first time and fell in love with Gizmo and I absolutely love this cute Gizmo that Liam's family got me.
My auntie and Uncle also got me these amazing coins. They are they Peter Rabbit 50p coins but are painted with different characters or scenes. They got me Iron Man and a football one so that is perfect for me.
Liam surprised me with the Child Scentsy wax warmer and wax melts and I absolutely love it, the burner now sits proudly in the games room and I can't wait to get using it properly. I love how I can have the wax melts burning without having to worry about candles. My auntie and uncle know how much I love the fragrance Creed too so they got me a candle that smells just like it.
My auntie and uncle got me this cute little Mickey Mouse notebook and pen which is definitely going to come in handy for blog plans and some other ideas I am currently working on. My grandparents also got me this brilliant Harry Potter pen which is definitely going to get used plenty of times.
2020 has been a year of working on my fitness and weight loss so I received some great gifts that are going to help me on that journey into 2021 too. My parents did me a box of protein bars instead of getting me loads of chocolate which is certainly going to come in handy. They also got me these amazing Lotto shorts for when I am working out, unfortunately they don't fit me just yet but I can't wait to get wearing these. They got me this really nice navy initial bottle too, I am determined to get back to drinking plenty of water and hopefully this will get me back on track. My auntie and uncle got me a new Gymshark t-shirt which I had been wanting as I love this colour.
Football played a big part in my gifts too my parents got me the Match Attax annual which I still get most years, they also got me a paint your own football money box too which will definitely come in handy if we end up back in lockdown. My auntie got me this brilliant City Gent print and a Man Utd image which I can't wait to hang in the house, my grandparents also got me a Manchester United print to go with the one my auntie and uncle got me which is fantastic.
Liam got me this long sleeved Rangers shirt which I can't wait to wear as this is actually my first long sleeved one and is my first Rangers shirt. My parents got me this Score Draw England shirt which I fell in love with as soon as I saw it as it gives those retro vibes. I am sure this will be being styled on my Instagram as I think it is going to be fun to style.
Slippers are always a great gift to receive as I don't like buying them throughout the year. This time I got two pairs, a pair of Harry Potter ones from my auntie and uncle then a pair of my favourite ones from Primark from my parents, I currently wear these daily but they are worn out now so new ones were much needed. My parents also got me a pair of Vans Old Skool's which if you have followed me for a while you will know I have wanted these for a long time, I can't wait to get wearing these but I definitely need to protect these first.
Liam got me a Stitch hoodie which is going to be perfect for me whilst I am lounging around the house. Unfortunately this doesn't fit me just yet but it is certainly something I am aiming to get into. My grandparents got me a Space Jam hoodie which I love as it is nice and subtle but that logo just stands out nicely, I had been looking for one of these since my birthday in September so I am so glad to have received this. My parents also got me this Rivici hoodie which I love thanks to the details on the sleeves, but you will see those over on my Instagram and possibly on here too, I have mentioned Rivici on here a few times now but I can't get enough of their products.
I finally got some Xbox clothing. After me having plenty of PlayStation clothing in my wardrobe I have added a bit of Xbox too it with these fantastic tracksuit bottoms and this lounge wear set. I can't wait to just throw these items on and have some nice long comfortable gaming sessions.
I did have a new addition to the PlayStation section of the wardrobe too as my grandparents got me this really nice PlayStation sweatshirt, my other PlayStation sweatshirt is bright blue so this is a lot more subtle. My parents also got me these DragonBallZ pyjamas which are going to be perfect for me all year as they are shorts so I am sure there will be plenty of wear out of these.
Carrying on the PlayStation theme the games room has been fully kitted out. My sister got me this Icon flow lamp which I had my eye on for a while, this looks great on the TV unit. Liam also got me the icons light which just adds to the whole PlayStation feel of the room, the lights are fantastic and look great together. My parents also got me this PlayStation do not disturb sign for our games room door and it just stops it from being a boring white door now.
Liam also got me Spider-Man Mile Morales, this year we really enjoyed playing through the Spider-Man game on the PS4 so I am really looking forward to playing this game on the PS5 and who knows I may also replay Spider-Man while I am at it. I know Liam is going to end up playing this too.
Finally my parents got me these earphones in the wireless charging case just like the Airpods. These are personalised with my name and a little cartoon picture of me which is fantastic. I have paired these up to my iPhone and Macbook and these work perfectly.
