Fitness Update For February 2020


I have to admit February wasn't a very good month for me, the storms meant we were inside more often and I was sat eating just for the sake of it. We lost all motivation to cook most of the time too as we didn't want to go out in a storm to buy ingredients so we ended up having far too many takeaways once again which didn't make me feel good at all. 

I did manage to get in one gym session though and WOW I felt so good after that, it is just a shame that was short lived as the snow soon came and I unfortunately did my knee in once again. 

To say that I didn't exercise much & ate junk I still manage a bit of a loss which of course is always better than a gain. Let's just hope I can do better through March than I did in February as I have set myself a little target. Get as close to a 2 stone loss as possible before my holiday at the start of June, it is definitely possible if I put my mind to it and get back on track.

So here is how the weight loss went for February:

Begining of February weight : 15 stone 12 & 3/4lbs
End of February weight : 15 stone 12lb

Total loss 3/4lb.

I am quite proud of myself for managing to lose this much weight without being in the gym. But here is what I am aiming for in March : 

I want to get back to the gym once my knee feels better as it is time I started working out more.
I want to go meat free for at least 4 out of 5 lunches at work as I started this towards the end of February and I feel much better for it.
My big aim though is to try loose 4 lbs like I did in January. February was a very slow weight loss month but I am determined to get back on track once more.

Overall 2020 loss so far : 4 & 3/4 lbs.
