August 2019 Goals

Remember last month when I said I was doing a monthly goals post well here is a list of those goals for July and if I managed them or not...

Get out in the garden and train for football - This didn't happen as the grass in the garden has gone out of control plus it has been far too warm in July, meaning we were trying to get other jobs completed.

Carry on the football side of the blog - This side has been brilliant on the blog and to be honest that content is some of my favourite to do.
Go to some outlet stores to find deals - Well this definitely didn't happen as I have been too busy doing other bits, but I did get some boots for £10 online.

Go to the gym twice a week - We did it we managed twice a week and the best part one of those even meant us getting up really early on a Sunday morning just to go workout. 

Get styling outfits properly - This didn't happen seen as it was so warm 90% of my time has been spent in shorts and football shirts.

Wear at least 2 different pairs of trainers - I have worn a lot more than that throughout the month and have fallen back in love with some old favourites.

Post 1/2 times daily on the blog - I have missed this a few times just to lack of planning but other than that I think I have done pretty well.

Do a few collaborations - Unfortunately just with how busy I have been again this hasn't happened. 

Social media targets - I haven't reached them but I am getting much closer and I cant wait to hit the targets.

So with me only hitting so many of those goals and sitting and reflecting I honestly feel more motivated to hit 90% of the goals I set myself this month. August is a relatively quiet month for me, but the football is back, which to be honest should really help me in terms of achieving these. 

I want to get out in the garden once the grass is finally cut and train. I also want to get a new boot review up on the blog along with possible a training equipment post. With the new City season kicking off tomorrow too I should have plenty to keep me going and I want to do at least 4 posts about Bradford City through the month.

Health & Fitness
I managed twice a week in the gym last month so now I want to up it to 3 times a week, I am more than capable of this so why not just do it. 
I also want to try out some new gym wear as I have seen so many items I want to try, plus if I am going to the gym more often I need to add to the gym wardrobe. 
My big aim though this month is to drop at least 1/2 a stone so 8lbs. This would take me back under the 16 stone mark which would be fantastic.

I want to step out of my comfort zone, I am so used to just sticking with black clothes that I am so used to it. But I want to step away from that and try mix it up. I want to have at least 5 days in the month where I aren't in a black t-shirt or skinny black jeans, I do have different coloured tops which just get neglected.

Blog/Social Media
Seen as I didn't hit my target goals for my so those are staying the same for the month of August, there isn't that much further to go so fingers crossed we hit them this month. I also want to reach out to 3 companies in regards to collaborating as I always want to but worry about what response I will get back. It is time I stopped holding back and just helped the blog progress.
