Weight Loss #4


Why is it when I actually eat healthy and try stick to a plan that my weight goes back up. According to the way things have been going if I eat a load of junk I lose at least a lb, if I eat healthy and monitor what I eat I end up gaining. This week I put half a lb back on thanks to eating well however, if I had eaten junk would it have gone the opposite way? 

We even went out on a walk on Saturday instead of staying in or just going shopping, it was nice to be out in the fresh air doing something different. We have agreed that we are going to do this more often and even have a trip up to the dales or lake district at some point (I best get some walking boots). 

I have noticed I must be doing something right though as I have actually seen that my clothes are starting to get baggier on me and jeans need tightening a lot more. Even if I aren't seeing the change on the scale it is nice to see a change in my clothing as it is better than nothing.

In terms of the gym last week we didn't manage to get there as the pain just wouldn't disappear from my side. But luckily it seems to be a bit more manageable at the moment so I will be heading back to the gym plus I can incorporate more exercises into my routine now I have been cleared by the physio, which I am really looking forward to. 

So my Aims for the week ahead are:
Go on another walk
Limit myself to 1 takeaway
Eat more fruit
Get to the gym at least once
Get back under the 16 stone mark

Start weight : 15st 13 3/4 lb
Weight Last Week : 15st 13 3/4 lb
Current weight : 16st 0 1/4 lb

Difference + 1/2 lb

I am gutted that I am back over that 16 stone mark but I am determined to get back under it next week.Fingers cross doing all the above will help me get a loss on next week and not yet another gain, I actually want to get under my start weight at some point.
