April 2018 Favourites

I have discovered quite a few things this month that have slowly become staples within my routines and it was quite hard to narrow it down to my very favourite things. However I have managed to narrow it down a bit.

Beauty
I have spent quite a bit of time this month looking after my skin. I have a shelf and 3 out of 4 drawers in the bathroom filled with all sorts of products. The No7 pore serum is something I reach for daily and I have really noticed a difference, my pores are visibly smaller. To go along side this I also use the No7 beautiful skin day and night creams. I have actually had a few compliments this month on how my skin is looking so I must be doing something right.

After running out of my Zadig & Voltair perfume I ended up going back to my Michael Kors perfume, I fell out of love with this but to be honest I don't remember why as I have now fallen back in love with it fully. I am however running low on this now.

Fashion
As well as looking after my skin I am trying to look after my apperance more. I have been investing in better clothing that I actually feel comfortable in and that fit me properly. I have totally fallen in love with my skinny ankle grazer jeans that I got from Primark, I am so in love with them I actually have a pair in each colour they do.

I have also started wearing a watch again daily. I am loving my leather strapped Infinite watch I got a few years back, it is perfect for day to day wear but if I am going out I always reach for my Michael Kors.

Lifestyle
Music is something I have listened to a lot recently, I have had my iPod or spotify playing whether it be whilst I am cleaning or decorating the artists I have listened to a lot of are Shawn Mendes, Hayley Kiyoko, Camila Cabello and Fifth Harmony.

The NWSL is back, for those of you who don't know this is the National Womens Soccer League over in the US. I am loving watching as many game as I can and then catching up on the highlights. I may be a Orlando fan but I am so glad to see Tobin Heath back on the pitch for Portland. It really has been a football filled month as I have watched the NWSL, FAWSL and of course the Premier League and EFL. I am just glad the women's football in America has just kicked off as the rest of my leagues are coming to an end.

Having my own house has also been one of my favourite things. It is so nice spending every night with Liam and waking up next to him every morning. It has also been great adding our own personality to the house and slowly making it a home.

So there you have it that is some of  my favourite things from April. What were some of yours?

See you soon,
Lucy
