Weight Loss #5


I actually lost some weight last week and it is a miracle. I don't know how I have done it but it is nice to see the scales go down again. My eating wasn't the best at all last week but I did manage to go a few meals meat free and I am actually enjoying incorporating those days into my diet. the meals just look the same as the meat versions and actually taste the same, I need to try different meals too as they must actually benefit me. Exercise was practically none existent for me due to a pain flare up and having no effort to do anything what so ever, in fact most nights have been me going straight to bed from work and not moving for the rest of the night. 

Last Weeks Aims: 
Go on another walk - Thanks to the weather and me just having 0 effort we didn't actually make it on another walk.
Limit myself to 1 takeaway - We actually ended up having a couple of takeaways but they were definitely worth it.
Eat more fruit - Me being the dope I am, I actually forgot to buy fruit last week on our weekly shop. But don't worry I actually got some this week.
Get to the gym at least once - Again thanks to not having any effort and my pain flaring back up, I never made it to the gym which is driving me mad.
Get back under the 16 stone mark - One of last weeks aims I managed to actually hit. Once again I am back at my start weight, fingers crossed I aren't at it too long.


So my Aims for the week ahead are:
Get under my start weight for the first time in ages
Actually eat some fruit
Only 1 takeaway
Go to the gym

Start weight : 15st 13 3/4 lb
Weight Last Week : 16st 0 1/4 lb
Current weight : 15st 13 3/4 lb

Difference : - 1/2lb 

I am actually quite pleased with the fact I lost half a pound as I really didn't expect it with how I have barely done anything and eaten so much junk. Fingers crossed for another loss next week.
