I am well and truly locked in on my goals for the remainder of this year and to help spur me on a bit to achieve these I am setting myself some rewards, items that I really want but can only pick up when a goal has been hit. The goals I have set are to help push me to make the start of 2027 the best possible so it is important that everything I do is working towards them. The rewards I have set are just little things I have wanted but haven't been able to justify as either the cost has been a bit too much or other items have taken a priority. So here are the rewards I am looking to pick up as I hit the goals I have set for myself...

A pair of footwear 

I am reworking my whole wardrobe and I am clearing out all the footwear I own only keeping what I know I am going to wear and rebuilding the rotation with pairs to suit the style I am going for. When one of my goals are hit I am going to pick up a new pair of footwear as a reward. I am not sure just what pair this will be yet however, I do know it is going to be a decision I don't rush as I want the pair to fit perfectly with the clothing I am picking up.

A few books

My reading era is back and I am trying to get back into reading fiction books after mainly reading autobiographies recently. Once a goal is ticked off I will be heading to my local book store and picking up a few books for me to read. I am a bit of a gamer and love gaming related stories so these could be the books I end up going for but we shall see.

Classic Football Shirt book

I have wanted this book since it was released but have put off buying it for some reason or another. As soon as I hit a football related goal I will be picking this one up as I think it will be great just to sit and flip through. I love a good football shirt so this book is literally the dream for me however, there is a chance it could lead to a lot more football shirt purchases.

Mystery football shirt

It has been a long time since I got a mystery football shirt so picking one up as a reward for hitting a goal seems ideal to me. I love a good mystery shirt as it is a good chance to discover new teams and add new shirts into my rotation so I guess you could say this reward is beneficial all round as I can create some content around it too! This is one of the rewards that will happen for football related goals just so it all ties in nicely.

Football shirt

I haven't got a new football shirt for the women's season yet mainly as I can't decide which player I want on the back. To stop me from rushing into the decision my plan is to use getting a new shirt as a reward. Again this will tie into a football related goal to tie it all in so hopefully I can work towards this and finally settle on which shirt and player I want.

Philadelphia Eagles top 

Now this was going to be an actual jersey however, there are some really nice fashion tops out there for the Eagles currently. I am thinking a nice fashion top as my love for the NFL grows, something a bit smarter than your typical jersey that can be dressed up a little. I should have time to work out which one I want by the time I get around to picking up this reward. 

Calgary Flames jersey

Now this one won't be getting replaced with a fashionable alternative as a Flames jersey has been on the wish list for a long time however, the price has definitely put me off. I am going to put the price behind me though and if I can commit to working hard to achieve a goal I am going to finally add a Flames jersey into my rotation. The fact I have wanted this so long is just a bit of extra motivation to start ticking those goals off.

Football match tickets

I don't have any WSL matches booked in yet for the season so I am going to use football match tickets as a reward too. Tick off a football related goal and get the tickets to a WSL game. As I am working hard to grow the football site it is important that I keep focussed and I think having this as a reward will really help me stick to the plan and get to where I want to be. 

Bradford City Yeti

I guess this is a bit of a random one however, I can't justify the cost of these Yeti's currently where as it would be an ideal reward for me locking in and achieving what I have set out to achieve. This would be a reward I got plenty of use out of too as it would be perfect for those cold women's football games I am going to be attending most weekends. 

New Era cap 

A New Era cap is something I have had my eye on for a while but have been overwhelmed with the options available. I am hoping that by the time I achieve the goal for this reward I will have found the perfect cap for me. There will be a lot of looking around and trying on before this is purchased I think.

EA FC 27 

This comes out in September so it is time to lock in and work super hard to achieve my first goal as I really want to get this game on release day. The plan with this is to revive my gaming pages so I need to make sure I get this ready to crack straight on with the content I have planned so that it is relevant. The price is still ridiculous however, every year I find myself picking up a new copy but at least this time I have a reason to pick it up.

Louis Vuitton card holder or pocket organiser

The specific version of these is the football one that I am wanting and I just can't decide between the card holder or pocket organiser however, with the cost of these I am going to make it one of my final rewards for when I hit one of the longer running goals. The cost is way above what I would usually pay and it would be the ultimate treat item for me as proof of my hard work. I guess I have plenty of time to decide which one I want though as I work towards hitting the goal.

New bag

I really want a new day to day bag, something I can use for work and going out if needed. The idea for this one is a backpack, more specifically a Coach backpack. I have had my eye on one of these since the start of the year but then back out of buying one due to the cost. With how long I have wanted one of these it really will make the ideal reward however, it will also be a later reward as I need to save up for it at the same time. 

Spa day

It has been a few years since I went on a spa day and to be honest I think one is well overdue. The plan is to make this one of the last two rewards, imagine working super hard smashing loads of goals and just having two to go... hitting that penultimate goal and getting a spa day booked in. The perfect day to switch off, relax and reflect on the previous few months hard work. This could be a good way just to reset and get ready for a positive start to 2027 too if everything goes to plan, a day to relax before going all in on what I want to achieve next year.

A meal out with Liam

Finally this is going to be the last reward for these goals I have set for the rest of 2026. Poor Liam has to put up with me whilst I am locked in working hard and getting myself stressed out so it is only right my final reward is one that is for us both. Once all those goals are achieved the plan is to go for a fancy meal out just the two of us switching off and enjoying each others company.

There you have it those are the rewards for hitting those goals I recently set for myself. For now though it is time to lock in work hard and start ticking the goals off so that I can start picking out these rewards before the end of 2026. Let's do this...
