New Training Plan.. New Motivation

I hadn't been to the gym since January due to my knee and moving house but thanks to a new fitness plan by the amazing Leah Galton I seem to have all this motivation to get back working out. 

These past few weeks I have started eating a lot better cutting out the junk and weight is finally disappearing, I have even had plenty of comments about how I am losing weight and starting to look better. Although the eating had been going well exercise was still a no go, so when I got this plan from Leah I knew I was going to do my very best to stick to it. What is the point in doing all the healthy eating if you aren't throwing in the exercise to help it along and tone up.

Yesterday was my first session in the gym and wow I ache today. I tend to stop when I start to ache a little but yesterday whilst following the plan I pushed myself further than any other time. I usually walk on the treadmill but yesterday for the first time in 2 years I actually ran and to be honest I am quite proud of that. I even did press ups and weights for once.

With me wanting to lose 5 stone it is vital that I am getting these workouts in and I will be posting my progress on here and over on Instagram. I am really hoping losing this weight finally gives me my confidence back and I can stop been so down about my appearance and actually want to go out more. 

I can't wait to share my progress with you all.

  1. hows the training coming on? I've started running this year. My knees are in bits though lol
